Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SpotiLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SpotiLab provides an automated platform for upgrading Spotify accounts using pre-purchased upgrade keys. The Service acts as an intermediary between the user and the upgrade system.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction
  • Have a valid Spotify account
  • Possess a valid upgrade key obtained from an authorized reseller

4. Upgrade Keys

Upgrade keys are provided by authorized resellers. SpotiLab is not responsible for:

  • The sale or distribution of upgrade keys
  • Pricing or payment disputes related to key purchases
  • Keys obtained from unauthorized sources

Each key is valid for a single Spotify account upgrade and includes lifetime replacement guarantee as defined in Section 5.

5. Lifetime Guarantee

The "Lifetime Guarantee" means that if your Spotify Premium is downgraded, you may use the same key to renew the upgrade at no additional cost for the lifetime of the service. This guarantee is subject to:

  • The continued operation of the upstream upgrade system
  • Using the official Renew feature on our platform
  • Providing valid Spotify credentials at the time of renewal

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate Spotify account credentials
  • Change your Spotify password after a successful upgrade
  • Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Data Handling

Your Spotify credentials are transmitted securely and are not stored on our servers. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

SpotiLab provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Temporary service interruptions or delays
  • Actions taken by Spotify against your account
  • Loss of data or service availability
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but may experience downtime for maintenance or due to upstream system issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
